While the initial push was going very well (three divisions through Ioniana to Agrinio and five through Edessa to Larissa) I soon discovered that the Greek Army had a bit to much divisions in some nasty places. So I reloaded and built another three divisions (all '36 now) and attacked in early November '37. My army of 5 divisions wasn't ready until December and when I tried to attack then I failed.
